About the Role
We are looking for a strong and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead the Human Resources and Administration function of our new Chips Factory.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience working in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative operations, employee relations, workforce support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can work closely with the Chips Factory Manager and factory management team to ensure a stable, disciplined, and productive workforce and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations within the factory.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, complaints, and disciplinary cases.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and timely implementation of disciplinary procedures.
- Support management in addressing employee performance and behavioral issues.
- Maintain positive employee relations and promote a professional and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and applicable SOPs.
Administration
- Lead the day-to-day administrative operations of the factory.
- Ensure effective implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and controls.
- Coordinate employee facilities and administrative requirements in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support factory management in resolving administrative issues affecting daily operations.
- Ensure proper employee records and HR documentation are maintained.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for all new factory employees.
- Ensure new joiners complete the required documentation, orientation, induction, and mandatory procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure employees are properly equipped and ready to start their roles.
- Support employee transfers, movements, promotions, warnings, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and follow up on training activities for factory employees.
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department managers.
- Ensure mandatory training and employee development activities are properly planned and documented.
- Support the implementation of the company's learning and development initiatives.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct, HR policies, SOPs, and internal procedures.
- Promote awareness and compliance with company rules and standards across the factory.
- Support internal investigations and ensure proper documentation of employee-related cases.
- Work closely with HR management and relevant stakeholders on employee relations and compliance matters.
Workforce & Factory Support
- Work closely with the Chips Factory Manager to understand workforce requirements and operational priorities.
- Provide HR support and advice to management on workforce planning, employee relations, attendance, discipline, and organizational matters.
- Ensure HR and administrative matters do not negatively impact factory operations.
- Act as the key HR and Administration point of contact for factory employees and management.
