We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our charming 5-room luxury riad in Marrakech. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and personalized guest experiences in an intimate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and all common areas
- Prepare rooms according to luxury hospitality standards (bed making, amenities setup, presentation)
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and ironing
- Assist with breakfast and dinner preparation and service (table setup, serving, clearing)
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly
- Maintain stock of cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in housekeeping within a hotel, riad, or guest house
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Flexible and versatile with a hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Basic communication skills in French (English is an advantage
