Role DescriptionWe are seeking a service-oriented and organized Hospitality Manager / Hospitality Assistant to support the smooth operation of hospitality services and deliver a consistently positive guest experience. This role focuses on guest relations, daily operations, service coordination, team support, and maintaining high standards across hospitality activities.
The Hospitality Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and help ensure that service standards, operational procedures, and guest expectations are consistently met. The role involves coordinating with front-of-house, food and beverage, housekeeping, events, administration, and other relevant teams to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.
The Hospitality Assistant will provide operational and administrative support across daily activities. Responsibilities may include welcoming guests, responding to requests, coordinating reservations or appointments, preparing guest areas, supporting events, handling routine inquiries, and assisting team members with service-related tasks.
A key responsibility is ensuring excellent guest service. The role requires a professional, friendly, and attentive approach when interacting with guests, clients, visitors, partners, and other stakeholders. Requests and concerns should be handled promptly, respectfully, and with appropriate follow-up.
The Hospitality Manager will help coordinate staff schedules, daily assignments, service activities, and operational priorities. The role may also support staff briefings, training coordination, performance monitoring, and the implementation of service standards and internal procedures.
The position may be involved in coordinating meetings, private functions, corporate events, conferences, guest experiences, and other hospitality activities. This includes assisting with preparation, room or venue arrangements, supplier coordination, guest communications, and post-event follow-up where required.
The role also involves monitoring operational supplies, equipment, facilities, and service areas. Any maintenance issue, shortage, service disruption, or operational concern should be identified and communicated to the appropriate team to ensure timely resolution.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a professional environment by following company procedures, health and safety requirements, service standards, and customer-care guidelines. Attention to detail is particularly important when preparing guest areas, coordinating requests, checking arrangements, and ensuring that commitments are delivered accurately.

Qualifications
