Histologisch Analist
AfdelingMet meer dan 240 medewerkers voert de afdeling Toxicologie onderzoek uit naar de veiligheid van bestaande/nieuwe medicijnen en chemische stoffen. Kenmerkend voor het werk is de grote diversiteit aan projecten, teststoffen en opdrachtgevers.
TeamWe hebben een enthousiast en toegewijd team van 13 medewerkers. Ons team is opgedeeld in 2 subteams. Een team wordt aangestuurd door een teamleider die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren van de analisten en het andere team door een technisch sectie hoofd. De teams worden ondersteund door 2 trainers die zich richten op het ontwikkelen van de vaardigheden binnen het team en het waarborgen van optimale prestaties.
Over Je RolAls Medewerker Histologie begint jouw werkdag om 07.30 uur. Omdat je lekker vroeg aan je dag begonnen bent betekent dit natuurlijk ook dat je ’s middags op tijd klaar bent, om 16.00 uur. Samen met je team draag je bij aan het verwerken en beoordelen van histologische monsters. Je werkt volgens hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de betrouwbaarheid van onderzoeksresultaten.
