We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Officer (HSE) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment throughout the factory, exhibition and event projects, from installation and setup to operations and dismantling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Implement safety procedures and preventive measures across factory and project sites.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and venue management to maintain safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, or construction.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
