We’re Hiring | Head of Planning & Project Control
Finest Hospitality Integrated Solutions is looking for a strong “Head of Planning & Project Control” to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Planning & Project Control function, ensuring effective project scheduling, progress monitoring, performance tracking, and timely reporting across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Planning & Project Control team and ensure effective coordination across projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Establish project baselines and monitor actual progress against approved schedules.
- Track project performance, milestones, delays, and critical activities.
- Prepare and monitor S-Curves, progress reports, dashboards, and project control reports.
- Analyze schedule deviations and prepare recovery / mitigation plans when required.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Technical Office, Production, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor project resources, manpower requirements, and overall schedule performance.
- Identify potential delays and risks and provide proactive recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting for management review.

Standardize planning and project control processes, tools, and reporting formats.

Requirements
-
(+8) years of relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, or Project Control.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
- Experience with Baseline, Critical Path, S-Curve, Resource Loading, Recovery Plans, and Delay Analysis.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in Fit-out, Interior, Furniture, Woodworks, or Hospitality projects is highly preferred.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
