About Cargoz
Cargoz is Saudi Arabia's on-demand warehousing and storage marketplace — the "Airbnb for warehouses." We connect businesses that need flexible storage, fulfillment, and logistics with a vetted network of warehouse and storage providers across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom, and we digitize the entire journey: discovery, instant quoting, booking, onboarding, and ongoing management. We are turning a traditionally offline, paperwork-heavy industry into a fast, transparent, guided digital experience, and we are doing it AI-first.
The Role
We are looking for a product leader to own product end-to-end at Cargoz: the vision, the roadmap, the platform architecture, and the outcomes. You will be responsible for a commercially successful B2B digital experience that both sides of our marketplace, the businesses booking space and the warehouse providers supplying it, genuinely love to use. You bring real functional knowledge of warehousing, storage and logistics; you are unusually sound on core backend and platform design, and you operate AI-native: you use modern AI to ship more, with fewer resources, at higher quality and better customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role with a direct line to the business; you will chart the roadmap, defend quality and timelines, and be measured on adoption and revenue.
What you'll own:
- The company-wide product roadmap, balancing quality, timeline, and adoption, and communicating trade-offs to leadership
- Platform architecture: multi-tenancy, data isolation, permissioning, observability, and public-quality APIs/SDKs for partners and enterprise clients
- AI-native product development: instant pricing and quoting, space matching, agentic booking and operations workflows
- Domain-driven decisions grounded in how warehouses, 3PLs, storage contracts and logistics flows actually work
- Commercial outcomes tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue KPIs, running beta programs, and driving adoption on both sides of the marketplace
- Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, operations, and sales, aligned to business strategy
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in product management, including leading a product function or team
- A track record of shipping complex, data-intensive B2B products that moved real business metrics
- Real backend and platform depth — CS/engineering background or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Functional knowledge of warehousing, storage, logistics, or supply chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, 3PL, or fulfillment)
- AI-native execution: you use modern AI tools to accelerate velocity and quality, with a clear point of view on where AI belongs in the product
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, metrics, A/B testing) and executive-level communication
What success looks like (first 12-18 months)
- A credible, sequenced product roadmap adopted across the company, with clear ownership of quality, timeline, and adoption targets.
- A measurably better guided booking experience, higher activation and conversion, lower time-to-book, and rising repeat usage on both sides of the marketplace.
- Two to three AI-powered capabilities shipped into the product with quantified impact on customer outcomes and cost-to-serve.
- A platform architecture and API surface that lets new providers, partners, and enterprise clients onboard and integrate faster than before.
- A leaner product-and-engineering operating model where AI tooling has visibly increased velocity and quality per head.
How we work
This role is not product-management-as-project-management. We move at startup velocity, we are data-obsessed, and we expect our product leader to use AI to help the whole team work better, faster, and smarter, from discovery through delivery. If you want to turn a large, offline, regional industry into a category-defining digital platform, and you have the backend depth and domain knowledge to do it responsibly, we should talk.
