About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Investor Relations to manage investor communications, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support the company’s financial and capital-market objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the investor relations strategy.
- Build relationships with investors, shareholders, and analysts.
- Prepare investor presentations, reports, and communications.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitors.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements.
- Provide management with investor and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis, and investor communications.
- Knowledge of UAE capital markets and SCA regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in brokerage or financial services is an advantage.
