We’re looking for a Global Head of HR who is passionate about both business and people, with a strong track record of building and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate should be a true builder who can shape people strategy, culture, talent, and organisational development while partnering closely with the business and senior leadership. Candidates should come from fintech or adjacent financial services businesses, with strong English and Mandarin communication skills. The role can be based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, or Hong Kong (Hong Kong candidates considered where sponsorship is not required).
