About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR Transformation to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives that support business growth, organizational agility, and workforce capability enhancement. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, driving large-scale HR and organizational transformation programs across a complex industrial environment, leading organizational capability and transformation agendas, delivering measurable business impact and sustainable organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of the Company's HR Transformation Strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business priorities.
- Drive enterprise-wide organizational capability and transformation initiatives across a complex industrial and manufacturing environment.
- Lead organization effectiveness programs to enhance productivity and organizational performance.
- Design and implement operating models and organizational structures that support business growth and efficiency.
- Establish strategic workforce planning frameworks to ensure workforce readiness and alignment with future business needs.
- Lead talent management and succession planning programs to strengthen leadership pipelines and build critical organizational capabilities.
- Lead the development of job architecture frameworks, including job families, competency models, and grading structures.
- Drive the design, evaluation, and optimization of total rewards programs to attract, retain top talent while ensuring market competitiveness.
- Provide governance and leadership for major transformation programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, change management and successful implementation.
- Establish transformation KPIs, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to HR transformation and organizational development.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide organizational capability and transformation agendas within large, complex industrial organizations.
- Strong implementation experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, OD, Change Management.
