About The RoleHappy Socks is looking for a Head of Growth to own performance marketing strategy, budget, and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Affiliate and SEO. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set acquisition strategy, run a rigorous measurement practice (MMM, incrementality testing), and build the systems and creative pipelines that let the brand scale paid and organic growth efficiently across global markets.
You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with Creative, Go-to-Market, PR, CRM, and ecommerce to keep acquisition strategy tightly connected to brand and product priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance marketing strategy & execution
- * Own strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and SEO
- Set and manage the annual performance marketing budget, grounded in data for historical performance as well as future optimization assumptions
- Lead planning and prioritization across acquisition channels, balancing evergreen always-on activity with our campaign moments
Measurement & attribution
- * Own the measurement stack, including MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) and incrementality testing
- Manage attribution tooling (e.g. Fospha) and translate insights into budget and channel decisions
- Report performance and ROI to the CMO and broader leadership
Creative operations & production
- * Own the paid social creative pipeline end-to-end: evergreen, GTM/campaign, and agency-produced video including briefing, review cadence, and feedback
- Partner with in-house creative (Head of Creative, Designer), copy, and freelance resources to keep a consistent flow of high-performing, varied ad creative
- Manage the relationship with external creative agency partners, including scope, review gates, and revision processes
Growth systems & tooling
- * Identify opportunities to automate and scale marketing operations (e.g. internal tooling for Meta Ads bulk upload/compliance, AI-assisted creative asset generation)
- Evaluate and manage vendor/platform partnerships (e.g. affiliate and creator program platforms)
Cross-functional leadership
- * Act as the connective tissue between performance marketing and CRM, Organic Social, PR, and ECOM
- Manage and develop a small direct team
- Present strategy and results to the CMO and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- * Extensive experience (2-3 years minimum) in growth/performance marketing, with demonstrated successes of a multi-channel paid budget (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Affiliate) at meaningful scale
- You operate Growth Marketing beyond ads, diving into financials and commercial performance KPI’s as your bread and butter (ROAS, CAC, LTV, DP2, CIR/MER etc.)
- Strong grounding in measurement beyond last-click: MMM, incrementality testing, or equivalent attribution sophistication
- Experience building or scaling creative production pipelines in a fast-moving, DTC/ecommerce environment
- Comfort with automation/tooling (e.g. n8n, scripting, AI-assisted workflows) is a strong plus
- A track record of cross-functional leadership, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, creative, and data
- Non-traditional or founder backgrounds welcome. What matters is demonstrated commercial ownership, not a specific credential path
Requirements & Preferences* Required: Professional experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads for D2C brands, managing of a total monthly budget of 100-500k+ EUR across channels
* Requried: Track record in optimizing Marketing campaigns based on financial metrics
