Position Summary
The Head of Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) will be responsible for leading the setup, transformation, and ongoing management of Konecta's Finance Shared Services operations. This role will drive standardization, efficiency, automation, governance, and service excellence across key finance functions, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS), with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing finance operations in multinational environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
Experience & Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS).
- Proven experience leading a Finance Shared Services Center or Finance Operations function.
- Demonstrated success in establishing or transforming SSC/GBS organizations.
- Strong expertise across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
- Experience supporting multi-country and multinational operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong background in process migration, transition, and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
