Location:Egypt — Remote
HQ:Irvine, California
Employment Type:Full-time
Reports To:CEO
About BEVERLY HILLS FACE™
BEVERLY HILLS FACE™ is a training academy in Beverly Hills for board-certified plastic and facial plastic surgeons, built around one subject: the face. Our promise is The Facelift Evolved.
Our flagship is Beverly Hills Face 2027, four days from September 9 to 12, 2027, co-chaired by Dr. Ashkan Ghavami and Dr. Marc Mani. The program combines live surgery, a fresh-cadaver lab, a practice summit and certification, with an international faculty. Around the event, we are building year-round editorial and video content that keeps surgeons connected long after they leave Beverly Hills.
Our audience is expert, time-poor and highly discerning. Every part of the experience must feel as precise and considered as the surgery we teach.
Position Overview
The Head of Experience Design will own the BEVERLY HILLS FACE™ experience end to end for attendees, faculty and sponsors. You set the experience strategy, design it yourself, and hold one standard across every surface, digital and physical.
This is a senior, hands-on ownership role, not a production seat. You decide how surgeons discover us, apply and secure a seat, prepare for Beverly Hills, move through four days on site, and stay connected for the years that follow.
You will work with the CEO, the co-chairs and faculty, the brand and marketing team, the video and motion team, events, PR and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Website: Own bhface.com, including the program and faculty pages, positioning, proof, and seat and pricing presentation.
- Application & Registration: Design surgeon qualification, seat purchase and confirmation.
- Pre-Arrival: Design the welcome, travel and hotel, schedule and preparation materials for each surgeon.
- On-Site Experience: Design way finding, signage, badges, the printed program, live-surgery and lab sessions, and evening events for Beverly Hills Face 2027.
- Certification & Follow-Through: Design certificates, recordings and post-event materials.
- Faculty & Sponsor Experience:Design faculty invitations and pages, and sponsor and exhibitor materials.
- Content & Community: Design the video library, editorial and podcast surfaces, and the alumni community.
- Design System: Build components and templates for digital and print on the approved brand guidelines.
First Year
- First 90 days:audit the experience, interview surgeons, faculty and sponsors, set experience principles, and lead the website and registration flow.
- Months 3–6:design pre-arrival, faculty and sponsor journeys; shape platforms with developers; roll out the design system.
- Months 6 to the event:design way finding, signage, badges, the printed program and certificates; test and iterate.
- Event week and after:review every touchpoint on site, run post-event research, design the alumni journey, and write the playbook for the next edition.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in UX/UI design, including 3+ years as the lead, principal or head owning an entire product or brand experience.
- Experience designing for a live event, conference or hospitality brand where digital meets in-person.

- Research experience with expert audiences such as physicians, executives or high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional visual craft at a luxury standard: typography, layout, restraint and detail.
- A design system built and maintained in Figma, working within an established brand guideline.
- Fluency in interaction design, prototyping and responsive design.
- A track record of shipping with developers.
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA as a default.
- Comfort with funnel analytics, conversion data and A/B testing.
- Clear, concise English, including interface copy.

Work Environment
- Full-time, remote or hybrid in Egypt, working with leadership and the event team in California.
What Success Looks Like
- The right surgeons apply, take a seat, and come back. Success is measured by application and seat conversion, pre-arrival readiness, attendee, faculty and sponsor satisfaction, returning surgeons and referrals.
