Supervise daily maintenance activities
Planned Preventive Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance
Team Supervision
Contractor Supervision
HSE Compliance
Asset Reliability
Work Order Management.
ACTIVITIES
Supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil and Mechanical maintenance works.
Allocate daily work assignments to technicians.
Monitor completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Inspect maintenance quality and workmanship.
Respond to emergency breakdowns.
Supervise contractors during maintenance and project activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and Permit-to-Work procedures.
Maintain maintenance records and update CMMS/CAFM.
Coordinate with tenants and mall operations for maintenance activities.
Monitor spare parts requirements and report shortages.
Conduct routine inspections of all building systems.
Report equipment abnormalities to the Facility lead/Engineer/Manager.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical,
Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
• 4–5 years of Facilities experience, preferably
in shopping malls or commercial buildings.
• Experience supervising Electrical, HVAC,
Plumbing, Civil, and Mechanical
maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and
corrective maintenance.
• Experience in contractor supervision, work
planning, and quality control.
• Knowledge of Building Management
Systems (BMS), generators, pumps, LV
electrical systems, and fire protection
systems.
• Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems.
