The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Engagement and Environmental Planning Specialist for upcoming project opportunity: RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the Public Engagement and Environmental Planning Specialist scope for RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE: Plan inclusive engagement, environmental justice analysis, stakeholder records, public materials, and compliance documentation.
- Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
- Execute the assigned activities and coordinate interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners.
- Verify completion against the approved requirements and submit the final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance record.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing Public Engagement and Environmental Planning Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
