Our Graduate Trainee Program is a 6-month training program designed for fresh graduates and professionals looking to kickstart their careers in the media and digital marketing industry. The program offers hands-on exposure, practical learning, and mentorship across different departments within Omnicom Media MENA Nearshore.
Throughout the program, trainees will work closely with mentors, participate in training sessions, undergo assessments, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Upon successful completion of the 6-month program, trainees may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity based on performance and business needs.
