- Analyze spend, demand, supplier, inventory, market, and value-chain data to prioritize sourcing opportunities and support fact-based category decisions, including total cost of ownership and should-cost analysis.
- Lead sourcing projects from scope definition through execution, managing priorities, resources, budgets, risks, timelines, and reporting to achieve desired outcomes.
- Partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain stakeholders to balance cost, asset availability, inventory levels, and operational risk.
- Challenge specifications where appropriate, linking technical requirements to business value and influencing stakeholders toward fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Execute the Source-to-Contract process, including sourcing approaches, fact-based negotiations, contract award recommendations, and implementation of negotiated agreements.
- Establish category governance, savings tracking, supplier performance metrics, compliance reporting, and implementation follow-up to ensure strategies translate into measurable business value.
- Build sustainable stakeholder and supplier relationships that support business objectives, procurement strategy, and long-term category performance.
