Job Title: General Practitioner (GP)

Salary: AED 180,000 – 360,000 per year
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Dubai. You will be the first point of medical care for patients of all ages, providing accurate diagnosis, treatment, preventive care and health education, and referring patients to specialists when needed. You will be part of a collaborative clinical team focused on safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- * Assess, diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Take medical histories, perform physical examinations and order and interpret investigations
- Prescribe medication and manage ongoing treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, including health screenings, vaccinations and lifestyle advice
- Manage minor procedures and emergencies within the scope of general practice
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with UAE health regulations and data protection requirements
- Follow DHA standards, infection control protocols and clinical governance guidelines
- Take part in clinical audits, quality improvement and team meetings
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment and prevention
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution
- Completed internship or equivalent clinical training
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in general practice or primary care
- A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a General Practitioner, or eligibility to obtain one before starting
- Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication skills
- Excellent communication in English. Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
- Compassion, cultural sensitivity and sound ethical judgement
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred
