Start Point Corp is seeking a Gas Station Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing Operations Team.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily station operations efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the gas station and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Prepare daily and periodic reports on sales and operations.
Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the station.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Gas Stations or Retail is preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
High level of commitment and adherence to rules and schedules.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
