Role Description The Fundraising Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for securing financial support to advance the foundation’s eye care and community development programs. This role includes researching potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners; preparing proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages; and maintaining accurate records in donor management systems. The Fundraising Specialist will coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, create compelling fundraising materials, and collaborate with communications and program teams to align messaging with organizational priorities. Day-to-day activities also involve building and nurturing relationships with donors, tracking fundraising performance against targets, and preparing regular reports and presentations for leadership.
