Full-Stack AI Engineer:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer who can rapidly build and ship AI-enabled product capabilities across the manufacturing and supply chain product portfolio. This role is ideal for engineers who actively leverage AI coding assistants and can integrate LLMs into business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks.
· Integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities into products.
· Build agent-based workflows and copilots for planners, buyers, and operations teams.
· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
· Develop AI-enabled experiences for forecasting, recommendations, and master-data management.
· Use AI-first engineering approaches for design, coding, testing, and documentation.
· Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of software engineering experience.
· React + TypeScript frontend expertise.
· Node.js backend expertise.
· Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent models.
· Experience with:
o LangChain
o LangGraph
o Semantic Kernel
o Vector Databases
o RAG Systems
· Strong cloud experience on Azure.
· Experience with CI/CD and containerized deployments.
AI Tooling Experience
Must have hands-on experience with one or more:
· GitHub Copilot
· Cursor
· Claude Code
· Windsurf
· ChatGPT Enterprise
· Microsoft Copilot
· Agentic AI implementation experience.
