Quantifiable front-of-house and bar management experience is REQUIRED.
We want someone who has demonstrated experience:

✔️ Leading and developing FOH teams
✔️ Recruiting and retaining employees
✔️ Controlling labor and beverage costs
✔️ Managing inventory and product usage
✔️ Increasing sales and improving operational performance
✔️ Handling high-volume service environments
✔️ Holding employees accountable while building a positive team culture
This is a hands-on management position. We’re looking for someone who will be on the floor, involved with the team, engaged with guests, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
