• Location: Sheikh Zayed*Role Description* This is a full-time, on-site French Call Center Agent role based in Cairo. The agent will handle inbound and outbound calls in French, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and programs. Daily activities include resolving issues, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases, maintaining high-quality standards in customer support, and meeting performance targets such as response time and resolution rates. The agent will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to processes.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and a track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage challenging conversations.
* Solid Customer Support experience, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, solution-oriented responses.
* Good Computer Literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, email, chat platforms, and basic office software.
* Fluency in spoken and written French, with good command of English or Arabic for internal communication.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage shifts, and maintain reliability and punctuality.
* Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured procedures and scripts when needed.
* Previous call center or customer contact experience is preferred; familiarity with startup or technology environments is an advantage.
