Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Jeddah. The Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising construction activities and laborers. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew, and resolving problems when they arise. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders is vital in this role to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Experience with construction equipment and its safe operation
- Carpentry and Maintenance skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications in construction or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience as a Foreman is a must
