- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Filipino Cook in catering, hotel, restaurant, staff accommodation, or similar operations.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Filipino cuisine and traditional Filipino dishes.
- Experience preparing meals in large-scale or industrial catering is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to prepare meals according to a fixed menu and required quantities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended periods when required.
- Qatar/GCC catering experience is an advantage.
- Food safety/hygiene certification will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
