üéØ JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Facilities Accountant to manage bank facilities, guarantees, letters of credit, loans, financing transactions, and facility utilization through the company ERP.
üîπ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage bank facility transactions, including Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Letters of Credit.
• Monitor facility utilization, available limits, and outstanding balances.
• Update all bank facility transactions on the company ERP.
• Manage LC issuance, amendments, utilization, settlement, and expiry monitoring.
• Manage LG issuance, amendments, renewals, releases, and expiry tracking.
• Record loan drawdowns and repayments.
• Handle interest/markup and financing-fee accounting.
• Monitor loan settlements and facility utilization.
• Manage LC refinancing and bank charges.
‚úÖ REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of bank facility types and issuance requirements.
• ERP experience required; Oracle/Odoo preferred.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi payroll/GOSI environment is beneficial.
