Role Description The EYFS Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. The EYFS Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage standards, fostering holistic development in young learners. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing learning activities, assessing student progress, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and preparing learning materials and resources. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents and guardians, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, and participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in Early Years or primary-level instruction.
* Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
* Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to support learners’ growth and adapt teaching approaches to individual needs.
* Relevant degree or diploma in Education or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
* Knowledge of EYFS curriculum frameworks and best practices in child-centered learning.
* Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
* Organizational and classroom management skills, with attention to documentation and reporting.
* Prior experience as an EYFS or early years teacher is preferred.
