Joy & Learn * is looking for an experienced (Export Specialist) to join our team and handle international sales and export operations within the furniture industry.
*** Key Responsibilities :-**
- Manage export sales activities and follow up with international clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers.
- Prepare quotations, offers, and export documentation.
- Coordinate orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and internal departments.
- Research new international markets and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures and required documentation.
*** Requirements :-**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Export, preferably in the furniture industry.**
- Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping, and international trade documentation.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ( Odoo) is a plus.
