Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Kuwait City. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing expense reports, organizing documents and presentations, maintaining filing systems, and tracking action items and deadlines. The role involves facilitating effective communication between executives and internal and external stakeholders, scheduling and preparing for meetings, and documenting minutes and follow-up tasks. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize competing demands, and ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports skills, including document organization, filing, and accurate financial record handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with executives, colleagues, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Relevant experience in supporting senior leaders, preferably within diversified or regional groups of companies.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent), and comfort with digital communication and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City and manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
