The OpportunityKrypto Brain LLC is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, bilingual Arabic and English Event Marketing Ambassador for a part-time, on-site assignment at the 5th Digital Transformation Kuwait Conference. The ambassador will promote the company’s training and consulting services, welcome attendees, explain key offerings, generate leads, and support a consistent, professional event experience.
Key Responsibilities· Booth engagement: Welcome visitors, introduce Krypto Brain LLC’s cybersecurity, AI governance, and Cloud Security Alliance training solutions, answer questions, and assist with visitor sign-ins and on-site registration.
· Lead capture and networking: Collect contact information and business cards, scan delegate badges, record leads, and help schedule pre-arranged meetings with enterprise and government leaders.
· Marketing support: Distribute digital and printed materials, capture event photos and videos, and help share approved highlights on LinkedIn.
· Event coordination: Work with the marketing and training teams, maintain consistent messaging, gather attendee feedback, and support smooth delivery throughout the event.
What We Are Looking For· Kuwaiti national who is a student or fresh graduate in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong communication, active listening, customer service, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
· Professional appearance, high energy, confidence, and a proactive, outgoing attitude.
· Ability to convey value propositions, engage diverse audiences, and support enrollment or lead-generation goals.
· Comfort using email, spreadsheets, CRM, or lead-tracking tools to record attendee information and event metrics.
· Reliable availability for on-site work in Farwaniya on November 9–10, 2026; occasional evening hours may be required.
· Interest or experience in events, promotions, education, technology, cybersecurity, or corporate training is an advantage.
