Job Overview:
UniHawk is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable English Tutor with expertise in SAT and IELTS preparation to teach students across various international curricula, including IB, IGCSE, A-Level, AP, CBSE, ICSE, and American curricula. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons, prepare students for academic and standardized examinations, and foster strong English language, comprehension, writing, and literary skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons for secondary and pre-university students.
- Provide specialized coaching and exam preparation for SAT English (Reading & Writing) and IELTS.
- Develop customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, external examinations, and standardized tests.
- Track progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents.
- Use interactive and digital teaching tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure teaching quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably with international curricula.
- Strong expertise in SAT and IELTS preparation.
- Strong understanding of IB, IGCSE, or American curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches preferred.
