Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Call Center role (B2 level) for the American market, based in New Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls in English, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate information. Daily tasks include following scripted and non-scripted communication guidelines, documenting interactions in the system, and escalating complex cases when needed. Team members are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, meet performance and quality targets, and adhere to TP policies and procedures. The role may also involve collaborating with supervisors and trainers to improve call handling skills and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- * Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with at least B2 proficiency and the ability to interact confidently with American market customers.
- Customer Service experience or demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
- Skills in English Teaching, Training, or coaching are beneficial for supporting team learning and improving communication quality.
- Translation or language support capabilities are a plus, especially for clarifying complex information and ensuring accurate customer understanding.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; a university degree in languages, communications, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, maintain punctuality, and adapt to shift-based schedules.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM systems, and fast, accurate typing skills.
