We are hiring a Project Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in power systems. You will manage a substation project from start to finish. Your role includes site coordination, contractor management, design review, and ensuring strict site safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations for power infrastructure sites.
- Ensure projects finish on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Monitor site safety, quality control, and environmental standards.
- Prepare progress reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Resolve site technical issues and manage testing and commissioning.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 9 years in power sector.
- Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in high-voltage (HV/EHV) substations.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of grid codes, safety standards, and project software (MS Project/Primavera.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
