Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable professional to support electrical engineering activities, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across projects and operational processes. This role focuses on ensuring that electrical systems, technical deliverables, products, and work procedures meet established specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design, inspection, testing, and evaluation of electrical systems and components. Responsibilities may include reviewing technical drawings, electrical schematics, specifications, and project documentation; coordinating technical requirements; identifying potential issues; and supporting the implementation of practical engineering solutions. The role also involves working with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure that technical activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
From a quality perspective, the position will support the development and implementation of inspection procedures, quality control plans, testing methods, and documentation systems. Duties include reviewing materials and finished work, verifying compliance with approved specifications, recording inspection results, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The successful candidate will help investigate the causes of technical or quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
Additional responsibilities may include preparing technical reports, maintaining quality records, participating in project reviews, monitoring compliance with relevant engineering standards, and supporting internal or external audits. The role requires close attention to detail when evaluating test results, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that findings are communicated clearly to the appropriate stakeholders.
The position also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system reliability, product performance, process consistency, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with engineering, production, maintenance, procurement, and project management teams is important to ensure that technical requirements and quality expectations are understood and consistently applied.

Qualifications
- * A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical systems, engineering drawings, technical specifications, testing procedures, and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with inspection methods, quality control processes, non-conformance reporting, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to review technical documents, interpret test results, identify discrepancies, and support effective problem-solving.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety requirements, engineering standards, and quality management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when assessing technical information and documenting findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with engineering, testing, or quality management software is beneficial.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to organize technical records, manage priorities, and follow established procedures and project requirements.
