Find a job, a company, or an NGO Responsibilities:
- Review and approve electrical design drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Supervise on-site electrical works including power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, fire alarm, and grounding systems.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- experience in real estate projects
- +6 years experience in same filed.
