We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to join a leading international financial services organisation.
You will look after a business-critical CRM platform used by marketing, sales and client service teams, working in an Agile/DevOps team with a modern Microsoft stack.
About the role
In this role you will be the link between business users and technology. The platform you support is central to how the organisation manages client relationships, runs marketing and sales initiatives, and onboards and services clients. Your focus is on supporting, configuring and improving Dynamics 365 rather than building custom software.
You will:
- Provide functional and technical support to Dynamics 365 users, and resolve incidents, service requests and platform issues
- Configure and maintain entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles and workflows
- Translate business requirements into practical platform improvements together with stakeholders
- Build and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps solutions
- Coordinate regression testing and user acceptance testing, and manage releases to production
- Monitor platform health, spot recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
- Help the business adopt new Dynamics and Power Platform features, including AI-powered capabilities
- Keep documentation, knowledge articles and procedures up to date
You will work with internal teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders. The organisation operates in a sector shaped by regulation, transparency and a growing demand for digital-first services, so your work has a direct impact on users and clients. The office is modern, spacious and right next to a major train station, with a hybrid set-up and a healthy work-life balance.
About you
- BSc or MSc in IT, Business Information Management, Software Engineering or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience supporting business-critical applications, including incident, problem and root cause analysis
- Experience with testing, release management and change management
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Available at least 32 hours per week, with 60% on-site presence
- Service-minded, analytical and a clear communicator
