Digital Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a Digital Operations Supervisor to ensure the availability, performance, security and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure across a multisite and industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), storage and backup solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and critical incidents.
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and VPN environments and coordinate with telecom operators and service providers.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, including firewalls, MFA, EDR, vulnerability management and security standards.
- Lead or contribute to IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, including backup, recovery and failover testing.
- Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures and infrastructure performance KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Networks & Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and operations.
- Proven experience in multisite and industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- VMware vSphere
- Microsoft & Linux environments
- Veeam Backup & Replication, SAN/NAS
- Cisco Switching & Routing, SD-WAN, VPN
- Fortinet/Palo Alto or equivalent firewalls
- Microsoft Cloud / Azure
- Cybersecurity and vulnerability management
- Experience in technical project management.
