As Manager, Digital Experience Intelligence & Research, you will lead the research and analytics capability that drives customer-centric decision-making across Riyadh Air's digital ecosystem. You will transform customer behaviour, market trends, and digital performance data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, experience design, and business outcomes.
Working closely with Product, Experience Design, Technology, Data, and Commercial teams, you will identify opportunities for optimisation, validate concepts through research and experimentation, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance customer journeys across web, mobile, and emerging digital channels.
You will champion evidence-based decision-making by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, behavioural insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices. Your expertise will help shape future digital experiences, support innovation initiatives, and ensure Riyadh Air remains at the forefront of customer experience excellence.

About YouDegree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in Customer Insights, UX Research, Digital Analytics, Behavioural Science, Market Research, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused business outcomes.
You possess strong experience in research methodologies, customer journey analysis, experimentation, stakeholder management, and translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations.
