Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Decorative Building Paints and Building Materials Sales role based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role involves actively promoting and selling decorative paints and building materials to contractors, retailers, and project owners, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include visiting clients, preparing quotations, providing technical product information, and following up on orders and deliveries. The position also involves coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting merchandising and display of products at customer locations. The Sales team member will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting to help grow the company’s market share.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support accurate forecasting.
* Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling to ensure safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of paints and building materials.
* Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to monitor stock levels, minimize shortages and overstock, and support timely replenishment.
* Candidates should possess skills in Materials Management and knowledge of Materials to oversee product flow, understand product specifications, and coordinate with procurement and logistics.
* Previous experience in sales of building materials, decorative paints, or related construction products is highly beneficial.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
* Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
* Valid driving license in Kuwait and willingness to conduct regular client visits in Shuwaikh and surrounding areas.
