Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration.

Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources into SQL Server and data warehouses.

Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, CTEs, temp tables and dynamic SQL.

Work with both ETL and ELT approaches.
-
Handle large data volumes and incremental loads with minimal source-system impact.
-
Work with CDC, Change Tracking, watermarking or similar frameworks.
-
Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs and data-loading issues.
-
Perform query tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis and SQL Server performance tuning.

Support staging, data warehouse, data validation and data quality processes.
-
Build reliable and restartable ETL processes to prevent duplicate or inconsistent data after failures.

Work with business, application, data and reporting teams.
Required Skills

Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS experience.

Advanced T-SQL skills.

Strong ETL and ELT experience

Experience in Data Integration and Data Warehousing.

Understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting environments.

SQL Server Agent and production job monitoring.

Query tuning, indexing and execution plans.

Large-volume and incremental data processing.
-
CDC, Change Tracking or watermarking.

SSIS troubleshooting, deployment and error handling.

Data validation and quality checks.

Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

General programming knowledge; C#/.NET is a plus.
