About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
The role will work closely with different departments to identify trends, monitor performance, improve business processes, and support overall business objectives through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business and operational data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools.
- Monitor and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Work with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning through data-driven insights.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify business and operational issues.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
- Good understanding of data visualization and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful business insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- V.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Strong experience with Power Query and DAX.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis.
- Experience in automating reporting processes.
- Experience working with retail, sales, customer, or operational data.
