- Manage and follow up on international and cross-border logistics operations, with a focus on ocean freight and customs clearance.
- Handle FOB shipments, including booking, customs declaration, customs clearance, B/L, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress, identify issues, and proactively follow up on delays or exceptions.
- Support cross-border logistics and product/service quality improvement by identifying operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain accurate logistics and customs documentation and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, or cross-border logistics.
- Familiar with FOB Incoterms and ocean freight operations.
- Good knowledge of booking, customs declaration, B/L, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Good English communication skills. Fluent Mandarin required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce or international logistics is a plus.
