We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cruise Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise vacations, offering expert guidance on destinations, cruise lines, cabin options, and travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals
-Recommend suitable cruise lines, itineraries, and cabin categories based on client needs
-Provide detailed information on ports of call, onboard amenities, and shore excursions
-Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation accurately and efficiently
-Stay up to date on cruise line promotions, pricing, and industry trends
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
-Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations professionally and promptly
-Collaborate with cruise line representatives and travel partners to secure the best rates and packages
-Resolve any issues or concerns before, during, and after the cruise experience for all day 1 customers
-Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system
Qualifications:
-B2/ C1 English level
-Graduates and dropouts only
-Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
-Flexible working night and overnight
