Role Description The Critical Care Registered Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in intensive and high-dependency units. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and responding promptly to changes in clinical status. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement critical care plans, support emergency interventions, and maintain accurate documentation. Additional duties include educating patients and families, following infection control and safety protocols, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical research activities within the center.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Nursing, including patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
* Competence in Critical Care Nursing, with experience managing ventilated, unstable, or high-risk patients.
* Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine principles relevant to ICU and emergency settings.
* Experience or training in Emergency Nursing, including rapid response, triage, and crisis management.
* Valid Registered Nurse license and recognized nursing degree or diploma.
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and make sound clinical decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
* Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
