This role is not Only about filming — we are seeking a creative mind capable of developing concepts, leading productions, and delivering impactful content for both our clients and our internal brand.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative video concepts aligned with brand strategies
- Manage the full production process: concept → shooting → editing → delivery
- Produce engaging content for clients and internal marketing
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling (composition, lighting, pacing)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose innovative formats
- Optimize content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and digital ads
🔹 Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and content creation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics, lighting, and framing
- Ability to combine creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to lead creative initiatives
