About Us:
We are a leading e-commerce platform passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Couriers Specialist to join our operations team and ensure smooth courier operations and efficient last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily courier operations and ensure smooth delivery flow.
Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
Track courier attendance, availability, routes, and daily performance.
Follow up on delayed, failed, or undelivered shipments and take necessary actions.
Monitor courier productivity and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure couriers follow company policies, SOPs, and delivery procedures.
Maintain accurate courier records, reports, and daily performance updates.
Identify operational issues and escalate discrepancies to management.
Support courier onboarding, allocation, and daily operational requirements.
Contribute to improving delivery efficiency and reducing operational issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in courier, last-mile, logistics, or delivery operations.
Experience in e-commerce or delivery companies is a strong plus.
Good understanding of last-mile delivery and courier operations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
