About the Role
We are looking for a Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect (DCSA) specializing in AI solutions to help customers accelerate their Microsoft AI transformation using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
This is a customer-facing architecture and advisory role where you will work closely with customers and partners to design, deploy, adopt, and scale AI solutions while ensuring strong security, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Drive adoption and consumption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and partners on Microsoft AI solutions
- Design and support deployment of Copilot and Agent solutions
- Resolve technical challenges around identity, security, compliance, governance, data, and licensing
- Advise customers on AI readiness, responsible AI, and governance
- Drive adoption and change-management initiatives
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders, including CxO-level audiences
- Work with partners and Microsoft delivery teams to accelerate AI deployments
- Identify opportunities for further Copilot, Agent, and AI adoption
What We’re Looking For
- 7–9+ years of experience in Cloud, IT, Architecture, Consulting, or related technology roles
- 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles
- 5+ years delivering customer technical projects
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Strong experience with Copilot Studio and AI Agents
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint
- Experience with AI security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and change-management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
