Key Responsibilities
- * Support the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related commercial documents.
- Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, and key dates to ensure compliance.
- Review contract terms and conditions and identify potential commercial and contractual risks.
- Assist project teams in managing variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and other contractual matters.
- Prepare and issue contractual correspondence, notices, letters, and other documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding contractual requirements and obligations.
- Support the preparation of contractual reports, commercial summaries, and management presentations.
- Assist with the resolution of contractual issues and disputes in coordination with commercial and legal teams.
- Ensure that contract administration activities comply with Worley policies, project procedures, applicable laws, and client requirements.
- Support procurement and subcontracting activities, including review of commercial terms and supplier/subcontractor obligations.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual requirements.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce contractual and commercial exposure and improve project outcomes.
- Participate in contract close-out activities, including final documentation, outstanding claims, and lessons learned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional certification in contracts, procurement, commercial management, or a related field is an advantage.
* Previous experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement, or project controls is preferred.
* Experience in the engineering, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or construction industry* is advantageous.
