ABOUT RIVVIA
RIVVIA is a premium workspace and members club with three locations in Amsterdam and two in London. We're B Corp certified and growing fast across Europe. We're known for beautifully designed spaces, a curated community of ambitious professionals, and a packed calendar of member events and experiences. RIVVIA stands alongside the likes of Soho House as a destination in its own right, and we're just getting started.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with making content. You'll run our channels day to day, but the heart of this role is creating.
You'll be the creative engine behind everything RIVVIA puts out on social. That means coming up with the ideas, shooting them, editing them and getting them out into the world. Our houses are full of beautiful spaces, interesting people and great moments every single day, and your job is to capture them in ways nobody else would think of. If you're the person who sees a corridor and thinks "that's a shot," who has a notes app full of reel ideas, and who can't scroll past a great edit without working out how it was done, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Come up with bold, original content ideas that make people stop scrolling, and bring them to life.
- Shoot photo and video across our Amsterdam houses: spaces, members, events, food and drink, the team, behind the scenes.
- Edit short-form video that feels fresh, fast and on-brand for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule posts across our channels so there's always something great going out, and keep our content calendar full and fresh.
- Stay glued to what's happening on TikTok, Instagram and beyond: new formats, sounds, trends and creators. Jump on them quickly, and know when to put a RIVVIA spin on them and when to ignore them.
- Cover our events and experiences so the energy in the room comes through on screen.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaigns, bringing the creative ideas and the content to make them land.
- Collaborate with creators, members and local partners on content when the idea calls for it.
- Build a library of great content we can use across the business.
WHO YOU ARE
- Genuinely mad about content. You create for fun, not just because it's your job.
- A creative who thinks outside the box and is always pitching ideas, including the slightly crazy ones.
- A strong editor with a real eye for pacing, music, cuts, colour and detail. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar.
- Confident shooting on a phone and knows how to get something that looks premium out of it.
- Keen to grow into proper videography: cameras, lighting, audio, gimbals. We'll support you in learning.
- Always on top of the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels and whatever platform is next, and you understand what's working and why.
- Comfortable walking up to people and making them feel at ease on camera.
- Organised enough to keep a posting schedule running smoothly alongside the creative work.
- Self-starting and happy to take an idea and run with it, while enjoying working as part of a small team.
- Some experience creating content for a brand is a bonus, especially in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion or similar. But we care far more about your work and your ideas than your CV.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A competitive salary, reviewed regularly as the business grows
- Full RIVVIA membership across Amsterdam and London
- Unlimited barista-grade coffee, matcha and drinks
- Subsidised and reduced-price lunches
- ClassPass subscription
- Charity days: paid time off to give back
- Regular company socials with a team that genuinely enjoys each other's company
- An annual company trip somewhere warm and sunny
- Real creative freedom, and the chance to shape RIVVIA's look and voice online as we scale. This is a role you can make entirely your own.
