Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and high-quality family medicine care to patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough consultations, medical assessments, and follow-up care.
- Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and patient education.
- Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigation results.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the medical team.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Recognized Specialist/Consultant qualification in Family Medicine.
- Relevant experience as a Consultant Family Medicine.
- Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered and evidence-based care.
